I’m Lindsey — the photographer and creative behind Sonder + Sol.

By day, I’m a medical Speech-Language Pathologist, and outside of that world, I’ve spent nearly a decade building a creative life rooted in photography, storytelling, and the things that inspire me most. I’m a Pisces, retired dancer, lifelong equestrian, Bills + Sabres fan, dog mom to Corgi and Wheaten terrier, and someone who is endlessly inspired by travel, interiors, beautiful spaces, and experiences that feel anything but ordinary. I’m happiest near the water, wandering through a thoughtfully designed boutique hotel, exploring wine country, or heading somewhere a little more adventurous. I tend to gravitate toward things that feel elevated yet understated, intentional but never overly polished, and I think that naturally carries into my work. Whether I’m photographing a wedding, a family, a brand, or a place, I’m always searching for the details, movement, connection, and quiet moments that make a story feel like your own.
